Under the Severe Illness Policy, a user is eligible to receive free access to the Universal CPA platform throughout the duration of the users illness.
A user should contact to the Universal CPA to explain the circumstances of the illness. The Universal team has sole discretion to determine if the users illness qualifies under the policy.
Once the user no longer has the severe illness, the user shall contact the Universal CPA team as the user is no longer eligible for free access. The user will have the ability to purchase the Universal CPA platform as the any stated or promotional pricing.
